How do I submit my images to GEI for editing?
You can submit your images directly through GEI’s online order form at graphicexpertsindia.com/submit-order/. Simply fill in your details, select your required services, upload your files, and click Submit.
What is the maximum file size I can upload through the order form?
The online uploader supports file uploads of up to 2GB of data. For files larger than 2GB, you can request a dedicated FTP account from GEI.
What should I do if my files are larger than 2GB?
If your files exceed 2GB, you can:
1. Request a free FTP account from GEI at their FTP Account Request page
2. Use your own FTP hosting if preferred
3. GEI gives you full flexibility to choose the method that suits you best like dropbox, wetrnsfer or any.
Do I need to compress my files before uploading?
Yes. If you are sending multiple files, they must be compressed into a ZIP file before uploading through the order form.
What happens after I upload my files?
Once your files are uploaded, GEI is notified immediately and begins downloading them instantly. You will also receive an acknowledgment of file receipt by email.
